I had to find a place to shore up to work remotely for the day. The Greene Turtle was the closest place to my hotel but it turned out to be quite the fortunate find. The food was top notch, the service was even better. I had the ahi tuna tacos - I'm fighting not ordering another dish to go! Atmosphere was just what I hoped for. Chill vibe and plenty of TVs if that's why you're there. Would come again.

Well, out for another three-week stay for work and was in here at various times and levels of "busy". Probably came in 7-8 times during the trip, 50/50 sitting at the bar, sitting at a table. With the right bartender, had an amazing experience (Jessica is still terrific, as is Tolu). Other times, not so much. I'm always a bit curious as to staff training when one day at happy hour you come in and the server is quick to point out the happy hour specials (and hand you a happy hour menu) and the next I have to ask a different server if the specials are on (they were). Had some minor misses this time like wanting to try the the pork belly BTLA but couldn't (how does a restaurant run out of sourdough bread?) but overall food was good, ahi tuna tacos killer, still love the sprouts. Burgers are consistently good. It's not a 5 again and it's chiefly for two reasons: I'm kind of floored that with a moderately busy bar, the bartender is sitting on a chair at the end of the bar scrolling on the phone. And Jody? If all you want to do is pout, cross your arms and complain to your coworkers about how you "don't want to be here" - take your cigarettes and bad attitude and DON'T BE HERE. My coworker was actually flabbergasted at this and said "I can't believe my server is standing in front of me and complaining about being here." Won't stop me from coming back--I truly love the place with the right folks working, and the food is definitely well above standard bar food.
